Our products are delivered to you within 1 to 3 working days via courier service. The shipping cost is 3€ (VAT included).

If your order’s worth is over 100€, shipping is free.

Returns policy- Terms and conditions

Returns are being accepted after the company’s approval within 10 working days and
under the following conditions:

  • You must contact QS PROFESSIONAL within 2 days (48hrs) after you’ve received your order.
  • The products must be in their initial condition. The packaging must be untouched.
  • The products should be accompanied by a receipt or invoice. You should contact our company expressing your wish to return the products via telephone at +30 2299061061 or by e mail at .Please mention the date /receipt number, as well as the reason of your return.
  • The return should necessarily be accompanied by the ‘Returns Sheet’, where you mention the reason of the return.


We would like to state that in case that the products do not meet the above-mentioned terms, the return will not be accepted.

To avoid any inconvenience, please check the products and the packaging carefully while receiving them, in order to spot any flaws (e.g., incomplete order, destroyed product, etc.). Please consider to:

  1. Pack the product in order to stay protected during the shipping.
  2. Include the ‘Return Sheet’, where you mention the method, you prefer to solve the financial abeyance (replacement of goods or refund).
    • In case of replacement and if the company is responsible, the transport costs are borne entirely by QS PROFESSIONAL. Otherwise, the costs are borne by the customer.
    • In case of a refund, it will be completed within 20 working days from the date of receipt of the products at the company’s headquarters and in a bank account that you will indicate to us.
